The Truth Is a Relationship

The greatest desire is the desire for separation.

The pursuit of truth is an intoxicating endeavor. Trying to discover what is right and what is true. Many religions exist, many of those proclaim to be The Truth, which is what they are supposed to do. I heard a discussion disputing a religion linked to the Christian Path, that no one was to add or take away from their scriptures. Again, these religions, “all” of them, are supposed to do this. The Truth doesn’t want to be contained, or even defined.

The Truth’s Greatest fear is to be Known.

Why?

Because when it is known it gets perverted.

Remember the greatest desire is the desire for separation. This includes God and The Truth and even Jesus Christ.

I searched for truth for a very long time, fueled by doubt, a force motivating me into the unknown. Protestant Christianity, Hinduism, Occult Studies like the Golden Dawn System and Hermetics, Buddhism, Gnosticism, Orthodox Christianity, and religions that were very similar to Scientology.

As said in a time before, search and you will find. The Truth is a relationship, it’s not a book, it’s not a persona, but I do think it wants to be your god.

Love the Lord “your” God with all your heart, soul, and mind. – Matthew 22:37

And if your god is The Truth, it might be required that you break some rules to express that allegiance. For me that meant straying away from the box I was born in.

The Truth is a relationship with an energy and when unification takes place, making the 2 into 1 the relationship changes, a new interpretation to keep separation alive and well.

The light of the body is the eye. If therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. – Matthew 6:22

In the scope of having a relationship with The Truth, love is expressed through searching, standing up for it, service, integration, and even separation. God and Man eventually become one. In the Hindu Yogi tradition, they saw this as Union. The same thing for most other religions – this desire to be fully one with their god. But the desire for separation is the greatest desire.

In this a transformation takes place, a new identity, a new form of separation built on the last. This is necessary to keep the game in motion. Remember it’s a relationship, an ongoing and eternal back and forth relationship. If there was a finish line or a completion point, how could the relationship continue to exist?
