1 – define the problem
What is the problem in one sentence?

2 – define the solution
What do you want, and what do you want to avoid?

3 – come up with a plan
Write out your new plan – the simpler, the better…

4 – implement the plan
Follow the steps in your plan – the sooner and the faster, the better…
->
5 – analyze your results
What was your outcome/result?
->
6 – repeat the process
Based on your results, go back to step 1. Define the New Current Problem…
